Affiché is a revolutionary system for viewing posters. It replaces the old way of placing posters on large poster frames with a computer viewing system. Authors are saved the cost of publishing and the hassle of transporting a large poster. With a simple email, authors submit thier poster as Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and that's it.

Events organisers are saved the the costs of premium space at venues. For example; at a recent event Affiche hosted 176 posters viewed by up to 500 delegates over 3 days with 6 computers in an area no bigger than 36m². Accomplishing this with standard posters would have taken an area of over 300m².

Built into the system are some very useful features such as;

Registered Users and Guests 

Every registered delegate for your event is placed in the Affiché system and they are registered as users. Guests can also view posters however they cannot make comments or ratings. The Affiché system is secured by firewall and cannot be accessed over the internet.

User Comments

All registered users can make comment on any poster in the system. Comments are automatically emailed to the author and to the user, and are displayed on the kiosk screen for other viewers to read and add to. Comments can be moderated.

User Ratings

Registered users can add a rating to a poster using a star rating system. The rating for each poster is displayed on the kiosk screen. Users can modify their rating for each poster at any point.

Poster Search

Posters can be searched by title, author, category and keywords that make it easy to find the poster you are looking for.

Reporting

The Affiché system is built on a powerful database that can create reports for posters and events. Reports displaying poster popularity, most viewed, comments and more can be printed or sent via email.
